It was my 1st time visiting Sissy's and I was blown away by the quick, service. My watch needed a battery and it was done by a friendly gentleman in 5 minutes. Stephanie was a very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson. I love the diamond earrings that she sold me! Everything was brought out on a silver platter with velvet even the water. Very classy! They made me feel special.

From beginning to end our experience was fantastic. They affordably joined and resized my wedding band and my engagement ring as well as cleaning them. They are so beautiful. They also cleaned and reshaped my mother’s ring I’ve had for years. Now I will be able to wear it and remember her. Thank you SLC for such a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful experience at the Conway Sissy's Log Cabin location. We were greeted with a huge, friendly smile by Stephanie as we arrived, and she immediately showed exemplary customer care skills! She took the time to qualify what we were looking for and definitely knew her product. Once we settled on a specific Lagos bracelet, she helped us find matching earrings and we couldn't be more thrilled with our purchase. We will tell friends and family about our experience (our family loves Sissy's) and recommend they make the trip to the Conway location to see Stephanie. She was a complete joy to work with.

My husband and I had a great experience here working with Jennifer. We got one ring sized and another repaired, and they were both returned more lustrous than before. Jennifer was exceptionally friendly. We highly recommend this location!

My husband bought me a 1 carat diamond for Christmas (and all other holidays, my birthday, our anniversary etc) two years ago. The diamond is fine with sparkle but the setting was cheap and started falling apart. We took it to Sissy's where they helped me find a beautiful setting (very affordable) then they placed the diamond in the new setting for a small extra fee ($133). I picked it up today. It truly is stunning. I highly recommend shopping with them. Ask for Clay or Stephanie, should you stop by the Conway location. Love the story of Sissy's Log Cabin and I've always wanted something from there. "Because life's too short for ordinary jewelry"

Picked up a pair of diamond earrings at the Conway store for our anniversary. Was greeted promptly and courteously on arrival by several of the associates. Jennifer did an outstanding job. Very quick and professional lady and very pleasant to work with. Merchandise quality appears to be excellent. However, like any good husband I'm going to let my wife render the final verdict on that one! All in all an excellent value and experience. Highly recommended! Update- wife loves her earrings! We'll be back for any future jewelry needs.
